Users are solely responsible for their uploaded content. You may not use pindou.art to generate, store, or distribute any material that violates laws, infringes on copyrights, or contains offensive content.

The following terms apply to Pindou Art Pro membership subscriptions: 1. Subscription: Pro membership is billed monthly or annually. Once purchased, your account is unlocked with all Pro benefits. 2. Auto-renewal: When your subscription period ends, it will automatically renew for the same period, and the payment will be charged automatically to the payment method you selected at signup (credit card or Alipay). 3. Cancellation: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your profile page or the Stripe billing portal. Your Pro benefits continue until the end of the current billing period, and no further renewal charge will be made. 4. Billing notice: A charge is initiated automatically at the start of each billing period. We do not send a separate pre-charge notification; please review your statements and contact us below with any questions. 5. Refund policy: This is a virtual service; payments already made are non-refundable. Please confirm your needs before subscribing. 6. Contact: For assistance, email contact@pindou.art.

These terms apply to AI pattern generation: 1. No guarantee of results: AI output is generated by algorithmic models and may contain flaws, deviate from expectations, or have unsatisfying composition; results cannot fully match every user's expectations. 2. No refund for completed generation: if a generation completed normally (regardless of satisfaction), the AI credits consumed are non-refundable; if a generation did not complete, credits are automatically refunded. 3. Billing errors: if a generation fails due to a system error but credits were not automatically refunded, please contact support by email at contact@pindou.art and we will refund the corresponding credits after verification.

All bead patterns created or generated by you on pindou.art belong to you. pindou.art retains full intellectual property rights over the platform's brand, code, UI design, and technical algorithms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that violate our community guidelines. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

We strive to maintain service stability but are not liable for any data loss or service interruptions caused by internet failure, hardware compatibility, third-party provider issues, or force majeure.

The interpretation and resolution of disputes under these terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

We may update these terms periodically. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be announced on the platform.
